Unless you've been living in a monastery with no access to the outside world for the last year, no doubt you'll know COVID-19 has made life...challenging. It's no different for Wuli. Our shipping solutions are currently facing some potential form of delay due to forces beyond our control.

All we kindly ask for (and we know it's a big ask) is your understanding and patience in these wild times. We'll continue working on delivering your order as soon as humanly possible. You have our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Still, we're sure once your package arrives, you'll quickly find out it was worth the wait.

ONE LAST THING: Note that there may also be a delay in updates from your tracking number - this is not from our end; instead, it's due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this point in mind when tracking your parcel.

What's the Shipping rate?

Standard shipping is free across Australia, with orders worth $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $10. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

How long will my order take to arrive?

AUSTRALIA: We ship all Australian orders within 48 hours from our Sydney depot, but delivery times vary depending on where you are. When possible, our preferred shipping partners are Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Below are timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking is provided on all shipments.

SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, CANBERRA AND BRISBANE: 1 4 business days.

REGIONAL VICTORIA: 5 7 business days.

ADELAIDE AND HOBART: 5 9 business days.

DARWIN AND PERTH: 6 10 business days.

EVERYWHERE ELSE IN AUSTRALIA: 5 12 business days.

THE REST OF THE WORLD: Unfortunately, Wuli is not being sold internationally just yet, but stay tuned! We’ll keep you posted on when we start our global expansion.

Oh No! I made a mistake with shipping details, what do I do?

Don’t worry. If an incorrect address isn’t fixed until after you’ve confirmed your order, please contact concierge@wuligrooming.com ASAP, and we will do our best to update your order details.

Hmmm...Something's wrong with the package I just received, what now?

We've got you covered. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods on arrival for any faults, damage or defects. If anything is wrong with the order, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and we'll do our best to rectify.

YES! 

  1. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  2. Please understand that once your products are on their way, we cannot redirect your order.

  3. Delivery times provided are estimates only.

  4. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

  5. If multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made if stock is unavailable at no additional shipping charge to you.

  6. In case of any shipping issues, all reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide us with.

  7. We shall not be responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
